I am very pleased that I chose your hotel during my last stay in Russia and Moscow. Beautiful interior, polite service, cleanliness in the rooms and restaurant - everything was very pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised by the “live” music (violin, cello, saxophone) during breakfast. On any my appeal to the administration immediately polite answer and timely correct service. Very nice hotel, especially for families with children. We were with my grandson for a few days and felt at home. Excellent breakfasts, you can't have breakfast at home, great variety of dishes and the price is very attractive. Service staff all good-natured, any problems try to solve. Grandson lost a toy, but we had already left, called the hotel, found it. Now we think how to pick up. Managers will tell us how to do. Thank you all very much.
